It all started at a very young age in my country of origin, where the love for coffee plantations was an invaluable inheritance. Today, I am aiming to transport all those memorable flavors and aromas I was privileged to enjoy in the heart of a wood stove kitchen at my grandma's house in Santa Rosa, Guatemala

Why?! Chí Kapé'
There are around 22 languages that mayan indigenous speak in Guatemala, one in particular is very close to my heart; spoken by the Tz'utujil ethnic group in Santiago Atitlán, Sololá. Not only it is a beautiful place because of his majesty Lake Atitlán or the breath taking landscapes; but because this town it is the closest place to be like heaven. But foremost because the roots of my faith is substantiated there; and also because my other half of my heart (my son) lives there.
